First-Timer Guide
Before You Arrive
• Come with clean, product free hands.
• Avoid oils or lotions so the coating adheres well.
• If you have coating from another salon, select removal when booking.
• Notify the studio if you have any nail sensitivities or recent injuries.
• Plan to arrive on time. The grace period is 15 minutes.
When you Enter the Studio
You will be welcomed into a quiet, private space prepared just for you.
Soft lighting, warm textures, and gentle scent help you settle into the moment.
During Your Ritual
Expect slow, intentional work with health first technique.
Each step is explained if you are curious, but silence is welcome too.
You may enjoy tea, calm music, and a peaceful environment throughout your session.
After Your Visit
You will receive simple aftercare guidance so your nails stay clean, nourished, and long lasting.
Rebooking is recommended every 3 to 4 weeks, or every 2 to 3 weeks for restorative sessions.

Where are you located?
Rockwell Center, Makati. The exact address is shared after booking for privacy and safety.
Is parking available?
Yes. Paid parking is available at Powerplant Mall, a short walk from the studio.
How do I book?
All appointments are made through this website. A non-refundable deposit of ₱888 is required to reserve your schedule. This is deductible from your total service rate.
Do you accept walk-ins?
No. Appointments only.
I'm late, is there a grace period?
There is a 15 minute grace period. Arrivals beyond 15 minutes are considered cancellations and the deposit will be forfeited.
Can I reschedule?
Each guest is allowed one reschedule. Reschedules within 48 hours are considered cancellations.
A second reschedule will also be treated as a cancellation.
Do you offer same day bookings?
Yes, when slots are available. Same day appointments have a ₱500 additional fee.
Can you work over another artist's work?
Yes, as long as removal is selected.
Acrylic or thick sculpted products may require extra time.
Are companions allowed?
No. To keep the studio peaceful and private, companions are not allowed.
Are your tools sterilized?
Yes. All tools go through full disinfection, pre sterilization cleaning, and dry heat sterilization. My sterilization process uses laboratory-grade aseptic technique.
How long will my manicure last?
Most guests enjoy clean results for 3 to 4 weeks depending on lifestyle.
What if i have damaged nails?
The Restorative Ritual is recommended. Best taken as a three session program spaced every two to three weeks.
